Install the Server Guard agent

This topic describes how to install the Server Guard agent.

Context

To use the protection services provided by Server Guard, you must install the Server Guard agent on the operating system of your server.

Procedure

  1. On the product management page, select the Server Guard button. fg-dc-sg-3.5.1.1-1

  2. On the Server Guard page, click the Client Installation tab. fg-dc-sg-3.5.1.1-2

  3. On the Agent Installation page, click the Client to be installed tab.

    Note: This tab shows the number of servers on which the Server Guard agent is not installed.

    • You can specify the operating system type, IP address, or server name to search for a server.
    • On this tab, you can also view the information about the servers. (Optional)

  4. On the Agent Installation page, click the Client Installation Guide tab. fg-dc-sg-3.5.1.1-3

  5. On the Agent Installation page, download and install the Server Guard agent compatible with your server's operating system.
