Manage processes

This topic describes how to regularly collect the process information on a server and record changes. This way, you can view process information and historical process changes.

Context

This task is suitable for the following scenarios:

• Check for servers on which a specific process runs.
• Check for processes that run on a specific server.

Procedure

1. On the product management page, select the Server Guard button.

2. On the Server Guard page, click the Server Fingerprints tab.

3. On the Asset Fingerprints page, click the Process tab.

4. On the Process section, review the information.
   Note: These are the available actions within this section:

   • Search for specific process: Use the search bar to locate the process by the process name, running user, start-up parameter, server name, or IP address.
   • View process details: Click on a process name to access details like the servers, paths, and start-up parameters.
